This page lists environments and operating systems under which our Active products are tested and supported.
Select a product from the list below. A indicates
that Developer Support is available via our Web Support Form (Email) and/or Priority Phone Support; a indicates
that it is not.
If you are developing in an older version of an IDE listed, or do not see your
IDE listed, you may submit your support request via our Web Support
Form. Our Developer Support team will determine whether they can assist you.
If an environment is not listed below, the product is not tested, bug-fixed,
or supported in that environment. You may submit a
feature request regarding the environment you are using for consideration in
upcoming releases.
Please note: Priority support for
Extended products
is not available. If your product and/or version is not listed or is older than
the version listed, it is no longer supported via our Web Support Form,
individual incidents (phone), nor eligible for bug fixes in the older version.
Products with a status of
Retired are
sold "AS-IS", and are not supported via our Web Support Form or individual
incidents (phone). A list of our
Retired Products Supported Environments
is available for your reference. Our Product Lifecycle Schedule contains a comprehensive list of all Infragistics
products, as well as relevant bug maintenance and support status per product and version.
