Summary

On occasion you may want to assign specific widths to your grid columns. Use the Width property of the Column object to do this.
In Visual Basic:

Dim oCol As Infragistics.Win.UltraWinGrid.UltraGridColumn
For Each oCol In e.Layout.Bands(0).Columns
oCol.Width = 50
Next

In C#:

foreach ( Infragistics.Win.UltraWinGrid.UltraGridColumn column in e.Layout.Bands[ 0 ].Columns )
{
column.Width = 50;
}
